Cancellation within 4 weeks of check-in - 100% of the Rental Price
Cancellation within 8 weeks of check-in - 30% of the Rental Price
As a discretionary 'good-will' gesture - credit notes may be offered if the rental property is 're-let' following cancellation.
Payment Breakdown & Timimg
A deposit of 30% is due with 24hoursto secure the booking and the balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. This will be taken as a single payment if your stay is within 4 weeks of booking. If you have any payment problems - please let us know so that we can stop your booking from being automatically cancelled through non-payment.
Sorry we do not allow dogs to stay at our properties
Storage of Card Details
When entering your card details - please tick the box that allows Sagepayto store your card details so that the balance and security deposit can be collected automatically without you having to enter your card details again. Alternatively we will remind you with invoices but this will require re-entry of details. No Card details are stored by the Victorian Annexe / MidfordMill
Check-in & Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times are shown on your booking confirmation. Unfortunately we are not able to offer a check out later than 1100. You are welcome to contact us to request an early arrival. If the property is not occupied the day before you arrive we may be able to permit an earlier check but this will not be confirmed until the day before arrival.
Keys & Access
You will receive an email 2 days before arrival with details of how to gain access to the property and we will make sure that we are contactable when you are due to arrive.
Breakages & Damage
Please take care of the rental property and note that you are liable for any breakages or damage during your stay. On your day of arrival a security deposit (see booking confirmation) will be pre-authorised using your payment details. This this will be held just for the period of your stay.
We retain the right to cancel your booking if the total number of Adults and Children exceeds your booking allowance.
If your booking requirement changes - please contact us soonest to amend your booking.
We do not accept pets.
All lost and found items are held on site for three months, thereafter handed to charities or disposed of.
We will post your items to you, however there will be a £20 handling charge.
We are a Non-Smoking property. Any person found to have Smoked or Smoking inside the property will be subjected to a £200 fee, for possible loss of revenue and deep cleaning.
We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage of property or vehicles during your stay.
On the day, Satnav will get you close but the last 200m is not straightforward - so please take 2 minutes to look at the directions at the welcome pack or at the website (see booking confirmation)
